Refund policy

At Bravotti, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.

Notwithstanding the above, if the items are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed products
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Clearance or final sale items
- All sample orders, including swatches and single whole sheets

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@bravotti.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team. Our return warehouse may vary depending on product type and location. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. A maximum restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged, but can be waived if purchasing substitute products of equal or greater value. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
